Return and Exchange Policy

If you would like to return your item, we can assist you with an exchange.

Please note that all teethers are final sale. 

For exchanges, a shipping fee will be charged for the replacement item. 

Please note that we are not able to cover the cost of shipping on international exchanges. If you would like to proceed with an exchange, simply email us at info@moderncuddle.com and we can accommodate. 

All items must be returned new, unused and with all original packaging and labels within 14 days of order delivered. Items must be free from signs of damage, wear, or odors. Not responsible for damage or lost packages incurred while shipping.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Modern Cuddle and GoDaddy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from any and all claims, liability (including product liability), damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees) that arise from your use of any of GoDaddy or Modern Cuddle's services.

Cancellations

We get to work processing your order as soon as it is submitted, so unfortunately we can't cancel or change your order even if you have not yet received a tracking number. Your delivery address cannot be changed after you place your order.

Limits of Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.

Price and or Description Changes

All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, each item is unique which may result in varying sizes and colors. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies. When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable.
